Epic-certified across revenue applications and holding a Global MBA in Management, she provides executive oversight across financial integrity, system configuration strategy, and structured revenue performance initiatives.

With nearly a decade of hands-on experience across Epic Revenue Cycle applications, Candice has served as a Professional Billing Analyst, Claims Analyst, Principal Trainer, Instructional Designer, and Go-Live Lead for health systems and Community Connect practices across the United States. She is Epic-certified in Resolute Professional Billing, Professional Billing Claims, and Training Environment Build (TED), and has supported organizations through implementation, optimization, and enterprise-scale go-lives.
Throughout her career, Candice has worked directly with physicians, billing teams, operational leaders, and IT departments to resolve complex revenue challenges—ranging from charge capture and claims configuration to EDI troubleshooting, workflow redesign, and end-user training. This proximity to the day-to-day realities of healthcare operations shaped her conviction that revenue systems should enable care, not hinder it.
Candice founded Revcintrx with a clear mission: to change the way revenue is handled in clinical spaces by combining deep Epic expertise, operational empathy, and forward-looking, AI-informed strategies. Her work centers on uncovering missed revenue, simplifying workflows, and building financial infrastructure that allows healthcare organizations to focus on what matters most—delivering exceptional patient care.
She holds a Global MBA in Management and dual bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Business Management. As CEO, Candice leads Revcintrx with a commitment to integrity, precision, and transformation—helping clinics and hospitals build revenue systems that are resilient, ethical, and future-ready.

Delena Pinkney brings extensive operational and implementation leadership experience across multi-state health systems and community hospitals.
An Epic Principal and Credentialed Trainer across multiple applications and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), she oversees engagement execution, workflow optimization strategy, and long-term performance stabilization.

Delena Pinkney is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Revcintrx, where she leads operational execution, service delivery, and workflow optimization across healthcare revenue transformation initiatives.
With extensive experience as an Epic Principal Trainer and Credentialed Trainer across Patient Access, Grand Central, Ambulatory, and Professional Billing applications, Delena has supported multi-state health systems and community hospitals through large-scale implementations, go-lives, and optimization efforts. She is Epic-certified in Patient Access, Grand Central, Cadence, and Training Environment Build (TED), and holds credentials in Ambulatory and Professional Billing.
Throughout her career, Delena has designed and governed Master Training Environments (MST), developed standardized role-based curricula, and mentored teams of Epic trainers to ensure consistent, real-world system adoption. Her work has spanned organizations such as Shriners Hospitals, AdventHealth, University Hospitals, Vanderbilt Bedford Health, and Thomas Jefferson Health.
Delena brings a disciplined operational mindset to Revcintrx, translating strategic vision into structured execution. Her leadership ensures that client engagements are delivered with precision, accountability, and measurable impact—from revenue cycle workflows and training programs to system optimization and continuous improvement.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Michigan State University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). As COO, Delena is committed to building scalable operational systems that empower healthcare organizations to stabilize revenue, improve efficiency, and sustain long-term performance.
